Management Assistant

Functie

  • Coordinate agenda, conference, business lunch & European travel arrangements from A - Z
  • Assemble material for meetings
  • Expenses follow-up
  • Timesheet follow-up
  • Telephone contact
  • Reception of visitors
  • Draft, edit & creative layout of correspondence, reports & opinions (this task is only 20% of the function)
  • PowerPoint
  • Client database maintenance
  • Translations
  • Planning & prioritising one's own workload in order to meet deadlines
  • Fully responsible for coordinating all the administration & organisation

Profiel

  • 3 years + Management Assistant experience
  • Very good Dutch, English & French
  • Sound knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Accurate, paying attention to detail
  • Highly organised, respecting deadlines 
  • Initiative, creative in finding solutions
  • Motivated, open to learning & reliable
