Function

 

As Personal Assistant you are working for 3 Partners, you provide daily support/assistance to 1 Partner and you interact with their teams.

 

Your tasks:

  • You plan and manage the work schedule by using the Outlook Calendar
  • You co-ordinate logistics including travel and accommodation arrangements and meetings
  • You read, follow-up and act pro-actively on emails and mails
  • You dispatch incoming calls to appropriate persons and handle independently when possible to lighten workload of the management
  • You initiate and respond to correspondence such as emails, faxes, letters and memoranda in line with the Director's expectations
  • You maintain an established storage/filing system for incoming and outgoing mail
  • You participate in the overall office management
  • You are able to make translations in and to French/Dutch/English
  • You implement and maintain procedures to ensure the office is well organized at all times
  • You create, develop and maintain effective working relationship with the whole RB Team

Profile

 

  • You have perfect knowledge of Dutch, English and French
  • You are organized, good resistance to stress, dynamic, flexible, assertive, professional, stable
  • You have excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
